THE IMPERIAL SOVEREIGN COURT OF SEATTLE AND THE OLYMPIC AND RAINIER EMPIRE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

I agree, by my signature, that I shall adhere to the By-Laws, Operating Guidelines and the Membership Code of Conduct of the Court of Seattle, Organization. Any actions or behavior on my behalf detrimental to the organization will result in suspension and/or termination of my Membership. 1 also agree to make every effort possible to enhance the organization and to improve its visibility within the community. I also agree to abide by the WAC Liquor Laws regarding Suggestive, Lewd and/or Obscene Conduct.

MEMBERSHIP CODE OF CONDUCT

As a member of this Organization, I shall:

• Act honestly, fairly, ethically and with integrity;
• Conduct myself in a professional, courteous and respectful manner;
• Speak positively of the Organization to all current members and potential members;
• Speak clearly, listen carefully to and respect the opinion of Board members, and members of this Organization;
• Maintain open communication with the Board and membership of this Organization;
• Act in a manner to enhance and maintain the reputation of this Organization;
• Disclose potential conflicts of interest that you may have regarding any matters that may come before the Board;
• Be aware of and fully abide by the Operating Guidelines and By-Laws of the Organization;
• Respect and fully support the duly made decisions of the Board in accordance with their fiduciary duties of this Organization;
• View and act toward the Executive Board of Directors with the responsibility for a day-to-day of said Organization;
• Work diligently to ensure that the Board fully assumes its role as a policy-making, governing body;

As a member of the Organization, I shall not:

• Use this Organization for any purpose of my personal advantage or that of my friends, relatives or associates.
